Customer Service Exec/Sales Support Admin (Order Processing)

We are looking for a customer-focused individual for BWY Wilmar - a joint venture of Wilmar Distribution Pte Lte. The ideal candidate should enjoy coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring excellent service delivery in a dynamic B2B environment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for Singapore-based customers via email and WhatsApp

• Manage and process customer orders, including bulk purchases and scheduled deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

• Ensure order accuracy, pricing consistency, and proper documentation

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries relating to products, pricing, lead times, and order status.

• Handle post-delivery matters such as product returns, exchanges, and customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
