Responsibilities

  • Supported member services including onboarding, facility orientation, meeting room bookings, and general assistance.
  • Managed administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, mail handling, and coordination of incoming/outgoing communications.
  • Maintained workspace standards and liaised with agencies on advertising, social media updates, and facility-related issues.
Requirement
  • 1+ years of working experience in supported daily operations including reception management, administrative tasks, and general coordination to maintain efficient co-working space activities.
