Our Client, an established logistics/freight forwarding company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Service Executive .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the customer service department and reporting to team manager


• Handle all bookings for both air and sea


• Liaise with air and sea carriers


• Liaise with customers


• Handle all sea documentation work like bookings, BL etc

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level


• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and all emails
