• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English .
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
