About the job Customer Service Executive (Marine) Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your line manager to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to gather market intelligence, share insights internally, and align offerings with customer expectations and changing market trends.
- Organize and conduct regular customer visits, compile visit reports, and relay client feedback to refine commercial strategies.
- Keep customer data accurate and up to date in Salesforce CRM, particularly regarding installed equipment or services.
- Support the finance team in following up on outstanding payments as needed.
