Customer Service Executive - Multichannel Support & Upsell

SINGAPORE BIKEN PTE. LTD. is looking for a customer service representative based in Singapore. Your role will involve responding to inquiries across multiple channels, resolving complaints, and maintaining product knowledge.

We seek an individual with customer service experience and a positive attitude. Knowledge of Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation systems is preferred, and proficiency in Simplify software and Excel is necessary.

Language skills in Chinese or Japanese are a plus for interacting with specific customers.
