Office and CRM management.

Responsible for managing the timely follow-up of requests received.
Provide the greatest satisfaction to partners and/or clients by ensuring compliance with established policies.
Efficiently manage and optimize processes.
Manage and promptly resolve disagreements and complaints received from partners.
