Customer Service Executive

Process customer orders and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

Provide pricing and delivery information to customers as requested

Liaise with multiple stakeholders—including customers, carriers, hauliers, and overseas agents - to coordinate freight handling and resolve related matters

Handle shipping documentation, including import/export paperwork and bills of lading (BL)

Manage cargo documentation for both LCL and FCL shipments

Ensure full compliance with each customer's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Monitor all jobs and ensure costs and selling figures are updated accurately and promptly in the system

Maintain accurate and up-to-date event data within the system

Escalate any discrepancies or issues to the team supervisor or manager when necessary
