Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers on shipment and delivery enquires
  • Providing prompt and professional attention to all their requests or problems
  • Process all job orders into the system promptly and accurately
  • Generate job instructions to relevant operations team accordingly to customer’s request correctly and on timely
  • Liaise with different internal department & external contractor when required
  • Pre-plan operations such as container trucking for Import and Export shipment depending on the complicatedness of the commodity and arrange special equipment such as cranes
  • Timely monitoring and update of vessel details via Port net
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Prepare job sheets for account’s department to generate customers’ invoices
