Job Description

**Customer Service Executive - Accudyne Industries**

**Job Summary**

Our Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences. He/she will need to liaise between our customers, factories and logistic partners to ensure execution of our sales orders.

**Responsibilities**

+ Process and coordinate orders with factory to support customers.
+ Monitor delivery and ensure on-time shipment.
+ Coordinate with customers and finance to ensure on-time payment within credit terms.
+ Coordinate with warehouse on unpacking of shipment deliveries.
+ Handle imports and export shipments such as preparing of shipping documents and maintaining shipping records etc.
+ Conduct annual stock-take and inventory control.

**Basic Qualifications**
