Global Logistics company is looking for the Guadalajara (Zapopan) branch to fill the position of
Operations & Customer Service - Air Freight
.
Responsibilities include receiving shipping instructions and following customer‐specific guidelines in the preparation and transmission of export and import transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with carriers and origin and destination location agents.
Monitor and manage shipments until completion.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Review standard operating procedures to ensure compliance, TSA and Ace Quality Assurance Standards.
May be responsible for special shipments involving perishables (medicines and samples) and/or oversee special accounts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
Prior work experience in airfreight, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
