Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

Monthly Salary: Up to S$2200 per month, plus bonus and allowance.

Location: Beach Road

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers’ enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
• Handle all inbound and outbound calls.
• Attend to walk‑in customers where required.
• Mentor junior staff when assigned.
• Take on ad‑hoc assignments.

• Shift A: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Shift B: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm
• Shift C: 11:30 am – 9:00 pm
• Saturday and public holidays: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
