Key Accountability
- Provide highest customer service standards.
- Compliance to safety, security & regulatory procedures.
- Ensuring on time performance and baggage requirements.
- Ensuring travel document and visa requirement are adhered to.
- Ensure sufficient resources as per customer airlines SLA.

Working Experience
0-2 years, Relevant Ground Handling experience.
Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
