Supporting customers with bookings, tracking and issue resolution in a busy operational environment.

About the role
This 3-month temp position is based in Mascot, supporting freight customers and operations teams.

  • Manage customer enquiries, bookings and tracking updates
  • Support delays, irregular ops and service recovery
  • Process AWBs and freight documentation
  • Liaise with warehouse and operations teams
