Customer Service Officer (Real Estate / Up to $3k / West)

Duration : 1 year contract

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm

Working Location : Bukit Batok, Woodlands, Cashew, Fort Canning (rotational)

This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers and to assist in the timely rectification/resolve of customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

You act as a bridge between homeowners, contractors, and the customer service team .

• Pre-handover preparation (before keys are handed over)
  • Work with contractors to ensure everything needed for handover is ready (documents, checklists, unit information)
  • Make sure all units are properly prepared for buyers to inspect and receive
• Unit inspection (very important part of the job)
  • Inspect every unit before handover
