Job Description
My client is a leading financial services firm with a strong experience on the brokerage from within Asia. They are pivoting towards digital/online trading and are looking for a Customer Service and Operations specialist to come and join them as they venture on to this digital pathway.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Operations Specialist:
- Lead and execute activities related to the assigned mandate
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
- Analyse requirements, identify risks, and propose practical solutions
- Prepare clear documentation, updates, and recommendations for leadership
Requirements of a Customer Service and Operations Specialist:
