Job Description

You will play a central role in ensuring customer needs are met with accuracy, urgency, and care while collaborating closely with internal teams. This position is primarily based onsite, where you will work directly with cross functional partners and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Review customer purchase orders to ensure all required details are complete and follow up on any missing information 
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently to support a smooth order to delivery experience 
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone with timely and professional communication
