Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensuring their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will support the team’s needs and assist in data entry and order management.
- Enter sales orders through the company's ERP system.
- Assist on the Inside Sales Promotions as part of the primary activities.
- Resolve customer Product / Order issues in a courteous and professional manner, both outbound and inbound.
- Serve as a first point of contact and elevate situations requiring support from Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Plants, Finance and Carries.
- Process return goods requests, other service issues and any other adjustments for customers.
- Coordinate shipping requirements with distribution centers.
