Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative. 


Position type: Full-time – Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Atlanta, GA





As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Responsible for answering telephone call inquiries.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain support for Virtual Support Center to issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), trouble shoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories.



  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Required 8+ years’ experience.



  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Airline domain experience.
