Position type: Full-time – Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Atlanta, GA
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:Responsible for answering telephone call inquiries. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Maintain support for Virtual Support Center to issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), trouble shoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories.
The ideal candidate will have:Required 8+ years’ experience.
