Customer Service Representative (Back-Office Healthcare Account)

Responsibilities

• Review providers notes
• Send reminder emails via e-mail and SMS
• Maintain accurate records of providers interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on client status.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Healthcare experience is a PLUS, not required
