Customer Service Representative

Temp to Hire Customer Service Rep Opportunity!

*Hours are 10:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday, will include Saturday rotation*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with new and existing subscribers to install, maintain, or terminate cable television services
• Process service orders, handle customer inquiries, and address complaints related to service quality
• Provide accurate information regarding programming, customer premise equipment, and account details
• Operate office equipment including computer terminals, typewriters, and other standard office tools
• Perform general office duties such as filing and administrative support

Qualifications:

• Strong telephone etiquette and communication abilities
• Basic computer skills
