Temp to Hire Customer Service Rep Opportunity!
*Hours are 10:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday, will include Saturday rotation*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with new and existing subscribers to install, maintain, or terminate cable television services
- Process service orders, handle customer inquiries, and address complaints related to service quality
- Provide accurate information regarding programming, customer premise equipment, and account details
- Operate office equipment including computer terminals, typewriters, and other standard office tools
- Perform general office duties such as filing and administrative support
Qualifications:
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication abilities
- Basic computer skills
