Robert Half Permanent Placement is partnering with a great company in Buffalo, NY on their search for a Customer Service Representative to join their thriving business. This is an in-office role with a starting wage of $18 - $23 per hour based on experience and includes a full benefits package. The ideal candidate will bring a customer service mindset side by side with excellent attention to detail.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries while providing accurate product information and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
