Job Description

Incumbents in the job family interact with customers and sales representatives to handle some or all of a variety of sales support functions depending upon level and experience including customer care, order entry, price quotes, returns pricing, credit, correspondence, and provided delivery information. This role is 100% onsite in Elizabethtown NC Facility

  • May answer questions regarding products, warranties, and services.
  • May ensure customer satisfaction and order compliance with related regulations, contract, standards, processes, policies and procedures.
  • May process, expedite and coordinate customer orders from pricing requests through completion. Prepare forms, ensure compliance, and perform specific activities and process particular to assigned application.
