Customer Service Representative I (Seasonal)

Must reside within a commutable distance to Seattle, WA.

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to help users navigate the Redfin and Rent websites and mobile app.

**About the role**

+ Assisting users with website and app navigation via calls and the Zendesk ticketing system.
+ Troubleshooting technical bugs.
+ Collaborating with agents and customers to ensure the website’s data is accurate.
+ Assisting customers with account maintenance.
+ Ensuring a world-class customer service experience by seeing issues through to resolution.

**About** **you**

+ 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Punctual, able to work independently as well as in a group, and capable of handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
