Job Description

Duties & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential clients and members.
Generate leads by effectively communicating the value propositions of The Hive’s coworking spaces.
Provide accurate and detailed information to prospective clients about our services, pricing, and availability.
Assist in scheduling tours and meetings for prospective clients with the Community and Sales teams.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Perform feedback calling for leads that are either lost or won, gathering insights to improve service and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
