Job Description

Equicom Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative for LOCAL ACCOUNT.

Location: 8F Appleone Equicom Tower Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.

Language: Tagalog/Taglish.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering customer questions and taking care of customer complaints, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide support for the company's products and services, take order requests, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
  • Telephony lines and systems.
  • Contact Center services.
  • Appointment setting through USQP.
  • General inquiries.
  • Billing collections (similar to the Maxicare service).
  • Upselling of MyHealth products and services.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year medical or non-medical allied courses.
  • Fresh graduates of any 4-year course.
