Job Description
Equicom Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative for LOCAL ACCOUNT.
Location: 8F Appleone Equicom Tower Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.
Language: Tagalog/Taglish.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering customer questions and taking care of customer complaints, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide support for the company's products and services, take order requests, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
- Telephony lines and systems.
- Contact Center services.
- Appointment setting through USQP.
- General inquiries.
- Billing collections (similar to the Maxicare service).
- Upselling of MyHealth products and services.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year medical or non-medical allied courses.
- Fresh graduates of any 4-year course.
