Customer Service Representative - Logistics - Up To (Guanajuato)

Responsibilities

Source the best truck for the right price to service priority shipments. Work closely with various internal teams to ensure both customer and carrier success. Ensure that all freight is moved on time and at a fair cost by tracking shipments and negotiating rates. Provide resolutions to time‑sensitive issues that occur prior, during, and after transit. Be able to speak to your metrics with the management team.
