Customer Service Representative

Open Accounts & Salary Packages:

• Banking / Financial Accounts — Up to ₱24,000 – ₱37,500

• E-Commerce / Retail Accounts — Up to ₱24,000 – ₱25,500

• Telco / Sales Accounts — Up to ₱23,000 – ₱28,000

• Billing / Voice Accounts — Up to ₱26,500

• Healthcare Accounts — Up to ₱25,500 – ₱26,500

• Ticketing / Blended Accounts — Up to ₱30,500

• Part-Time Voice Account — ₱86.88/hour



Qualifications:

• HS/SHS Graduate and above

• With or without BPO experience (account dependent)

• College Level / College Graduate for selected accounts

• Good communication skills

• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
