About the role



This is a full-time customer service role at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc.', based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this non-voice position, you will be handling customer inquiries and issues through email and chat channels.



What you'll be doing



• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via calls, email and chat

• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate feedback to the team

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective case resolution
