• Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
• Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
• Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and advanced level of English.
• Open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Good communication, written, and listening skills.
