Reporting into the Customer Delivery Team Leader - Safety, the new Customer Service Representative will be based at our Notting Hill head office, enjoy flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working. You will play a key role in handling a range of customer support tasks, whilst also assisting the various support teams during times of leave and high workload.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to phone calls and support internal and external customers with enquiries;
- Process customer purchase orders in SAP and as required, clarify pricing and availability;
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide intermediate level assistance to customers;
- Curate a weekly open order report to ensure all orders are correct and no issues will influence delays;
