Customer Care Representative Part-time Job Description: Do you have a passion for helping people? Be a part of a company that invests in its employees’ growth and development. Endurance is looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives with a positive attitude and attention to detail to facilitate inbound calls. As a Representative, you will be required to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable

Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
