Job Description
**What you'll do**:**In this role, you will**:- Responsible for order entry and support functions involving pre and post order management (contract review, order processing, expediting, rescheduling and order closure).
- Provides timely responses to internal and external customer (includes customer inquiries, price and delivery request, advance warning of shipping delays, shipment confirmation, order reschedules and return authorizations.
- Interface with customers, sales representatives and other groups on product delivery and order management issues.
- Negotiates and prioritizes with production planner according to the urgency in each matter.
- Provides timely dropping of deliveries to ship according to customer need dates and maintain a strong plant on time delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by designing and implementing new processes to improve customer relationships.
