This role is responsible for assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring a high level of service that strengthens client relationships and retention.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage explanations
Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and new policy applications
Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems (CRM)
Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps or cross-sell opportunities
