Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Representative (Telecollectors), you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts and negotiating payment terms. You will maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies and legal requirements to achieve successful collections while maintaining customer relationships.
- Contact customers via phone to remind them of outstanding debts and facilitate payment arrangements.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements within company guidelines.
- Record and update customer information and interactions in the company database.
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes regarding their accounts.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and regulations.
