Customer Service Representative (Warehouse)

We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Representative for a company located in the Joliet/Elwood area.

1st shift 8:00am-4:00pm

$20.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will have solid customer service and/or logistics experience, the ability to respond to high volume emails and communicate with various members of the organization, flexible availability (1st shift/OT) when necessary, and knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.

This person will be managing the shipping/receiving window and will also be expected to climb up/down stairs to seal trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders, returns and exchanges; generate pick tickets, receipts, shipping documents, and billing invoices; and complete other related tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
