Customer Service Representative With Management Pathway

We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high end cleaning services.
We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to be part of our team.
This is a fully remote, full time, work from home role.
Shifts will be 8h long with a 45-minute paid break.
40h work-week, including weekend shifts.
Shifts might vary, but they will likely be from 11am ET to 7pm ET.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained in each area of the business and be expected to master company procedures for managing the daily schedule of cleans.
Excellent communication, multitasking and management skills are essential.
Duties will include managing/coordinating ongoing cleans, dealing with customer complaints and questions via text messaging software, project work with owners and management, and organizing service schedules for cleaners.
