Customer Service Representative(Collection Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
