• Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system.
• Follow up on ongoing orders, coordinating deliveries with warehouse, logistics, and billing teams.
• Monitor available inventory and manage stock transfers between warehouses when needed.
