Overview:
As Customer Service Specialist, you will work with our clients and our commercial team to make sure that the requests are processed in a timely and efficient manner. This role contributes directly to meeting our business targets and securing excellent customer satisfaction.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for the current and potential clients, handle requests coming by phone or email
Prepare, handle, and send various documentation as per needs (such as quotations, certificates, invoices)
Manage demo / consignment stock
Provide insights into purchase patterns of our clients
Resolve issues with orders, guarantees, reclamations
Client data maintenance, including pricing rules
Place orders for our strategic clients
