Customer Relationship Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Create, build, and maintain mutually beneficial exchanges with small and medium enterprises, commercial and industrial enterprises, institutions, distribution utilities, and selected special market niche segments.
- Improve sales in assigned target market segments.
- Assist the marketing team in inbound marketing initiatives and public relations.
- Create, build, and maintain a CRM system.
- Assist Management in all aspects related to totally developing its business.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and distribution utilities (DUs) for solar embedded system offering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, business development, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
