About the Role

Laminex is looking for a Customer Services & Warehousing team member to join our Palmerston North branch on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting the business during a period of parental leave. This is a critical, hands‑on role that combines office‑based customer service with practical warehouse responsibilities. You’ll spend a large part of your day managing orders and supporting customers, while also assisting with stock handling, inwards goods, dispatch, and a range of tasks that keep our small, close‑knit team running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering customer calls and processing email, online and phone orders

• Assisting walk‑in customers and counter sales
