For our client - we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Customer Service with German (100% remotely)

• Daily contact with the customer by telephone and mail


• Travel consultancy through system


• Assisting travelers during unexpected travel difficulties


• After-sales service of customer inquiries, e.g. cancellations, complaints


• Introducing process improvements.

• Experience in the customer service area (min. 6 months)


• Fluent knowledge of German and English (min. C1)


• University degree (bachelor/master)

• Work in a successful well-organized international organization


• The possibility of using German on a daily basis
