Customer Services Executive

This job is all about managing shipments by air and sea, working with shipping companies to book them, and keeping track of payments. You might like this job because it involves solving logistical puzzles and connecting with people worldwide!

• To coordinate shipments for both air & sea ( Import & Export ).
• To coordinate with shipping companies and airlines for shipment booking.
• To follow up shipment with vendors / transport companies.
• Billing & Invoicing.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM or STPM.
• Prefer from freight forwarding background.
• Prefer with at least 2 years of airfreight experience.
• Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
• Hardworking, Initiative, Positive, Responsible & Good team spirit.
