Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented CSR to serve as the first point of contact for Ryde clients. You'll be the voice of our automotive concierge service, capturing critical information, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to new client inquiries
Conduct initial intake calls to gather client vehicle requirements
Accurately input and maintain client data in our CRM system
Qualify leads and assess client readiness
Send and manage intake forms and documentation
Schedule consultations with the sales team
Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and text
Maintain detailed call transcripts and notes
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
