Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Solution Engineer Project - MP Order , to be responsible for providing technical expertise to identify the most suitable KONE product for customer requirements. This role involves interpreting customer specifications and aligning them with KONE’s solutions, including escalators, auto walks, machine-room-less elevators, high-rise systems, and third-party equipment. The engineer also plays a key role in developing non-standard solutions and supporting the tendering process, ensuring that all technical requirements are met with KONE’s product offerings.
Communication with Customer or project team:
Responsible for attending regular customer meeting, Project follow up meetings and site coordination meetings.
He/She together with Project manager will be point of contact between customer and KONE for all technical points.
