We’re looking for flexible, customer-focused people to join our Tauranga Advice Centre network on a casual, on-call basis.

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll support customers with a wide range of everyday banking needs — building genuine connections, listening to what matters, and guiding them to the right solutions.

You’ll play an important role in helping customers feel confident using our digital and self-service tools, while ensuring our branches run smoothly day-to-day.
