Customer Specialist Mandarin (Banking)

Working Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off | Normal Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments via calls and follow-ups
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate collection records and customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and collection procedures
• Achieve collection targets and service quality standards

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Collections, banking experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
