Customer Success Associate - Full time
We're crafting the future of the voice-over industry and were currently looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate who'll help look after Voice123's global user base of voice actors and clients! So, are you comfortable working in a highly-efficient and fast-paced technology environment? Then this is a fantastic career opportunity!
**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with users who need support. Zendesk is the primary tool you'll be using.
- Manage your own KPIs.
- Manage your own OKRs and roadmaps after the first year.
- Provide feedback to voice actors on the quality of their profiles.
