Job Responsibilities:
Support the Client Success team in managing day-to-day communication with clients.
Understand client requirements and assist in ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, and Operations) to address client needs and concerns.
Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.
Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain client information in CRM systems and support documentation of feedback and service improvements.
Learn and apply best practices for client relationship management and service excellence.
Requirements:
